  • You can search for a product on the products page and download the information sheet.

  • Yes, within 8 days of purchase you can return your product to us at no cost and get a refund. Please make sure it is unused and in the original packaging.

  • Please contact us and we will send you the missing component(s) immediately.

  • A refund will be in your bank account within 2 to 3 weeks after we have received your product. You will be informed of the progress of the refund process by e-mail.

  • Physical damage like pressure, moist or impact damage is unfortunately not covered by the manufacturer warranty. If you return a device with any of these signs, you will receive a quotation for the costs. You can also choose for the option of having the damaged product returned unrepaired to you. When you decide to do so, there will be a charge of € 29,95 research costs.

  • You can contact our customer service team and present a bank statement. We will find the missing receipt. With the new receipt, you can either go to one of our stores or sent the product to us. You cannot present a bank statement in the shop.

  • Data or software stored on the product may be lost during repair. Capi is not obliged to secure any data or software on the product and has no liability in this respect. You must ensure that such files have been carefully secured before the start of the repair.

  • The repair of most products will take 4 to 6 weeks.
